Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how we process personal data when you visit this website (fjalla.net). We keep data collection to a minimum: our own web analytics is cookieless. We do use the TikTok advertising pixel to measure our advertising, as described in section 4.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is served from infrastructure operated for us by Hostinger. When you access the site, the web server automatically processes technical connection data (such as your IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is routinely deleted.
3. Analytics (cookieless)
We use a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool, to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate region, device type). Umami does not use cookies, does not store your full IP address and does not track you across other websites. All analytics data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third parties (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR).
4. TikTok advertising pixel
This site uses the TikTok Pixel operated by TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited and TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland). We run two pixels, one for each of our TikTok ad accounts; both record the same events. The pixels record page views and app-store clicks ("Download" event) so we can measure how our TikTok advertising performs and reach comparable audiences. To do so they store identifiers on your device (cookies and similar technologies) and transmit data such as your IP address, browser and device information and the pages you view to TikTok, which may process it outside the UK/EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses. The same events are additionally sent to TikTok from our own server (TikTok Events API), which receives the identifiers listed above from your browser and forwards them together with your IP address and browser user agent; no additional data is collected in the process. TikTok acts as our joint controller for this measurement. Details are in TikTok's privacy policy. You can object at any time by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or via the ad personalisation settings in your TikTok account.
5. External content and links
- Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When the fonts load, your browser transmits your IP address to Google.
- Store badges: the App Store and Google Play badge images are loaded from Wikimedia servers.
- Outbound links: links to the Apple App Store, Google Play, Instagram, YouTube, our artist portal and our booking page (Google Calendar) lead to external services with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data processing.
6. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us at info@fjalla.net, we process the data you provide to handle your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR / UK GDPR). We delete this correspondence when it is no longer required.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. 8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to the website or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
